What we check, and what we deliberately don't
We measure your plan against the published kitchen planning guidelines and the manufacturer's own clearance specs. We check dimensions, clearances, workflow and appliance fit, exactly as drawn. We do not certify compliance with local building codes, zoning, or permits, which vary significantly by jurisdiction. Your contractor and local building department own that step, and our report is written so you can hand it to them.
