The collaboration's and this publication's main focus is on the structure, purpose, and future of the artist's workspace. The partners' various but totally complimentary responsibilities and perspectives are used to discuss studio provision, as is their mutual dedication to developing innovative models of post-graduation assistance for students. Studios for Artists describes how the partners formalized and increased their work, leading to, among other efforts, the design and construction of an award-winning studio facility and the formation of a viable graduate studio program. The book includes both written and visual studies.
